Coffeeman's Note: This extraordinary stuff cleans espresso machine group heads, and eliminates residue in group heads, valves and lines of the machine. It is also useful, in small doses, at cleaning anything made of stainless steel, or glass including pump-pot liners (just put in a capful, fill with warm water, give it a fast swish with a pump-pot brush). You can pour the Cafiza® laden water from pump-pot to pump-pot repeating the operation to clean a ream of pump-pots with one capful of Cafiza®. Remember to rinse everything you wash very thoroughly.
