Perfect for a Bunn® brewer, single-serve Café Filtre, or French Press, the blend is 'Passing Fair'—an eloquent archaic expression—offering a delightful experience. When prepared as an espresso, it unveils a lightly frothy straight espresso, reminiscent of the Northern Italian style. I recommend savoring it post-dinner, paired with a light dessert, and served with a touch of light cream or half-and-half, along with blond sugar.
